Enhanced TCPA compliance with AI-based SMS opt-out detection, supporting natural language, keyword variations, and emojis.

  • Multi-Language Opt-Out Detection – Supports opt-out requests in multiple languages, making it more accessible for global users.

  • English Opt-Out Confirmations – Regardless of the detected language, users receive a confirmation message in English.

  • Opt-Back-In Support – Allows users to resubscribe using standard opt-in keywords.

    Availability

Enabled by default. Contact your Customer Support Manager to disable.

For best practices, known limitations, out-of-scope details, and more information, refer to the SMS Intent Recognition & Opt-Out Feature.

  • Allows users to override extracted values with the default using the More icon and selecting Set to Default.

  • Supports file association for default values, displaying the file name above the field when applicable.

  • Users can manually add a default value to another file, creating a new row with the associated file.

For more information, refer to Human-in-the-Loop Feature.

Save Button in Human-in-the-Loop (HITL)
